Who is InfoLink?
InfoLink Screening Services, Inc. is a consumer
reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). As such, InfoLink
provides pre-employment background screening on job applicants and employees. InfoLink
provides clients with a court by court search of criminal records nationwide providing up
to date criminal activity, motor vehicle reports, social security trace, employment credit
reports, workers' compensation filings, and more. Reports are provided generally
within 24 to 72 hours, although some reports are completed within one of hour of the
request. InfoLink's fees far below what companies would expect to pay for these services.
InfoLink offers on-line
capability whereby
Subscribers can submit a search request, view work in progress, view completed reports,
print reports, or archive reports over our secure website. Archived reports are
available always at the click of a button. In addition, Subscribers can do
statistical reporting, update their account, download new forms, or receive information
designed only for clients.InfoLink's highly trained personnel provide three
levels of past employer reference checking as well as personal reference checks, education
verification and license verification.
InfoLink provides Off-Site Drug Testing programs.
We act as your broker shopping the market to find the closest collection site for
your locations. We have negotiated discounted volume pricing with various SAMSA certified
labs and pass the savings on to our clients.
We arrange for each location to have chain of custody forms for the lab. When the test
is required, your office gives the form to the applicant with the address of the
collection site. The collection site performs the drug tests and sends the specimen by
overnight mail to the required lab for testing. They post the results to our mailbox or
send it to an Medical Review Officer (MRO) (if required) who posts the results to our mailbox. Our system dials
into our mailbox hourly pulling reports into our system. Upon receipt of the results, we
e-mail our client that the results are available in a written report on our secure web
site.
For drug screening results, an e-mail will be sent and results may be viewed
over our secure internet site one day (maximum two days) following the drug test as the
collection site overnights it to the lab who posts the results to our mailbox. Where a MRO
is required results are usually delayed only one extra day. For non-web clients,
results may be faxed or communicated over an 800 line the next business day.
InfoLink also offers On-Site Drug Testing

their new "state of the art" on-site drug test product OnTrak
TESTCUP. TestCup
offers employers the ability to provide drug testing with no urine handling by
administrators. It offers accurate results in less than 5 minutes at two-thirds the normal
cost of testing; thus, expediting and improving the hiring process. See Drug Testing.
