THE INFOLINK
SEARCH METHODOLOGY
Subscriber transmits completed Search Request Form to InfoLink via FAXmail or over our
Secure Internet Web Site. Subscriber maintains applicant's signed disclosure and
authorization form on file.
InfoLink staff inputs applicant information into our proprietory computer program and
searches for a match in the Prior-Employer Tracking Database.
InfoLink staff performs a Social Security Trace Report, obtains a Motor Vehicle Report
and conducts a criminal history search in the requested Superior and Municipal Courts
(where applicable).
Any criminal conviction information discovered is relayed by telephone to Subscriber
immediately.
InfoLink staff performs other search requests. All information is compiled into a
detailed final report. A full written report are faxed, mailed, or reviewed over our
secure internet site on-line. Results may be received generally between 24 to 72 hours;
although MVR's (CA), Social Security Trace Reports, Employment Credit Reports, and some
other searches may be available on-line within one (1) hour of the search request.
